This dynamic inservice will provide tools to extension professionals: 1) to discuss their work from a "public value" perspective and 2) to identify outcomes and indicators for their educational programs. The community capitals framework will be integrated into the inservice to further posit extension programming as a public value. State teams are encouraged to attend and use this as an opportunity to apply the material to a specific program.
