    The Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund is a private non-profit corporation created by the state legislature for the purpose of creating and retaining quality jobs and conserving Vermont's social and natural resources. The Jobs Fund works with Vermont businesses through a program of grants and technical assistance to identify under-valued resources, to develop value-added products cooperatively, and to enter better markets with those products, focusing specifically on value-added forestry and agricultural products in addition to new sector industries.
